This year we are proud to be sponsored by Olympus Security (UK) Ltd, one of the UK's leading security companies. They will be providing the security at our event this year.

We are also sponsored by the following companies:

Saffron Brewery is an award-winning local microbrewery producing a range of craft ales available in bottle and draught form. For a sneak preview of the delights that will be on offer, pop along to their Brewery Tap, Cambridge's smallest pub: the St Radegund on King St.

somethingMADE are designers and silkscreen printers of bespoke stationery for events and special occasions.

There will be an optional charitable donation at £2.00 per ticket. All donations raised from ticket sales for this year's May Ball will be channelled into two valuable causes, through the May Ball Charity Fund Initiative. This initiative is undertaken by the May Ball Presidents' Committee.

Money donated to Afrinspire will be directed towards a new grass-roots project, which will facilitate the building of a number of classrooms in a primary school in Uganda. The May Ball Presidents' Committee aims to build a long term relationship with Afrinspire to see the completion of this particular project. Afrinspire supports indigenous development initiatives across East Africa, ranging from the provision of education materials to financing the construction of water tanks.
